I am a big believer in mineral and vitamin supplements. I now take fish oil, Daily one, Calcium/magnesium, Glucose Amine, D3, and Vitamin C.
I normally stick with Swanson, Twin Lab and Solgar. Usually I order from Swanson's site (when I can get free ship and % off or $10 off $75 ) Once in a great while I get better prices a local health food store. Does anyone have any other tips for saving money on quality brands, or better brands overall?
I did look at IHerb.com, but the refer a customer discount made me suspicious :hmm:
thanks in advance for all the good info in this Forum!

I just order off drugstore.com I get New Chapter Organics Everyman multivitamin, their calcium supplement, and a NOW brand vegetarian glucosamine (It's FSA eligible).

I don't like multivitamins that come in high doses. It always turns my urine this neon color and I doubt my body is absorbing a majority of it.

That's just the riboflavin (B2) turning your urine bright yellow. Truth is, your body absorbs very little of the supposedly low dosage vitamins, either.
