That's a great price for that card $107. BUT, from what I've read in the other forums here, the 128MB version is worth the extra $$ performance wise. I want a Ti4200 128MB really bad for a new rig. I'm going to hold out another 3-4 weeks for BLACK Friday. I've waited this long. The new Ti4800 is coming out soon also. All these cards are going to drop like a rock, this is just a preview.I'm hoping for a 128MB Ti4200 for around $100 after MIR, or whatever deals they cook up. Previews of the holiday ads should be just around the corner. Then.......it's the Anandtech effect, lol.:)

The new Ti4800 is coming

Yeah but the only difference is 8X AGP support which really doesn't matter. The clock speeds the same a other Ti-4600's. I'll bet you will be paying more $$$$ for it also.

I'm shopping for a Ti4200 card too. Extra requirement on DVI-connection plus VIVO if possible. Found this on eBay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2066249818&rd=1 for $132 shipped. Detail spec is here. Pretty much everything I wanted though only 64MB of ram. Anyone has MSI card who care to comment on the quality? (I like their motherboards but no experience with their graphic cards) Seems pretty warm to me. (NewEgg has the TD version for $132 with free shipping) Shall I continue to wait or take the plunge? TIA

your choice,$more now ,less $ later. Around the holidays most of the venders/ retailers will be vying for your dollars. Some will have really good deals. A few will have kickass prices. The closer to Black friday & xmas, the better the prices. On that Friday after Thanksgiving you will see prices (a few) that will make your eyes pop out. Purchase just prior to the sale, and then get the pricematch (low price guarantee) during the sale, ensuring yourself availability( and a hot deal). Or, bust the door down in the freezing cold at about 5 or 6 A.M. and run like hell & hope you get one of whatever. Family members can be useful here, lol.:D
