i had a card go bad on me (Gf3 Ti200) once and they let me RMA it. Who ever packaged the return sent me 4 brand new in sealed box Ti200's. That was really cool when I got it.

That warranty was for the life-time of the company.

Wal-Mart has the 128meg version of the card for $150 clearenced, and they will take anything back.
I thought about getting it but, you can get a different brand with a warranty for that much and thought otherwise.

Is the $150 for the 128mb visiontek card at wal-mart a good deal or no?

The Visiontek card Wal-Mart is selling locally is the "SE" model, which is a stripped down version of the ti4200 without TV and some video functions, I do believe.
