The card was about $400 when I bought it and it had a lifetime warranty. Looks like I'm s.o.l. now.:|
This is the reply I get from them:
We are sorry but the warranty on your card has expired. The company that provided the warranty for your card went bankrupt. Our company Hartford purchased the rights to the name Visiontek and Xtasy. All of their warranties were absolved within that bankruptcy. We continued the warranty repair and replacement for their card under no obligations, but more for service to the previous customers. Due to the difficulty of getting the Nvidia based cards, we are unable to continue to provide this type of service. The only option we can offer at this time is the upgrade option which will give you an opportunity to upgrade your card to today's higher end cards. Attached to this email is the form that you need to fill out. You will need to send the completed form along with the defective card to the address indicated on the form. If you have any questions, please call our Technical Support team at 866-883-5411.
