is hardocp the only ppl who have info about this? i can't find info about this anywhere else.

I looked at their website, and they haven't had a press release in two months when they normally have at least one a month, and usually many a month.

I just read this over at techbargains and it's a darn shame. That's all we need now is more geeks out of work. Hopefully this crappy market will turn around soon and companies can actually start making money again.

I don't think so. By that logic, Voodoo5 5500's should be going for upwards of $600. I was lucky to get $50 from selling mine! 😉

hey so most of us got in on that amazon -50 -30 rebate deal for that gf4 4600.. are the quality of the card decent like wont fail after 2 years or should I just return it and get something else ?

its already pretty low, but they are still a tech company that actually posts profits so.... too bad that xbox growth wasnt as much as they expected

Hmmmmm, where are those articles again??????😉

I would not worry about warranty claims or reliability, since video cards do not often fail and the Visiontek cards are of good quality. The Amazon deal is not looking so hot now, though, because I doubt there is any way to get them to honor rebates.
