Visa Black Card? What is this crap?

I got a credit card offer in the mail yesterday. When I opened the envelope, I pulled out a black insert saying "Black Card". I got really excited at first (first thought was AMEX centurion). Turns out it was for a Visa Black Card. The letter said it's available to only 1% of US households.....so what is that 3 million? lol The card is made out of carbon and the anual fee is $500.

What is this joke of a credit card?

It's purely a gimmick aimed at people who crave status and think a card like that will elevate theirs. It isn't any better than a run of the mill Visa Signature card, which aren't tough to get with no annual fee.

Well, it's got to be in his purse because his jeans probably don't even have pockets. The jeans are so tight, an outline of the pocket would be visible, so they just painted fake stitching on for effect.
