God bless all of you up there, and all that passed.

I would still like for toant to check in. Again, his name is Toan Tran. I know his profile logged in, but that could have been anyone using his computer or whatever. I do not understand why he would login and not post in the Va. Tech thread.

Has a list of victims been released yet?

Partial lists are posted at the major news sites.

I just learned a peruvian was among the victims. I was born and lived in Peru a good part of my life. This just adds to my sadness due to this tragedy. :(

RIP Daniel Perez Cueva

Yeah I saw that. He was from Lima. :( I believe his family didn't have a visa to come over to claim his body, but the State Department said they would be taking care of that very quickly.

Actually from what I read, his father is coming to the US tomorrow. His mother lives here in VA. It is truly sad.

I'm here. Thanks Kevin, for pointing that out.

My heart goes out to everyone affected by this tragedy. I was very shaken up by what I witnessed and saw, and I am coming to realize that what I went through was laughable compared to what some endured.

Toan Tran graduated about three years ago but, I remember him saying something about going to grad school. I think I have his AIM name, I'll PM you Mill if I can get ahold of him.

Yeah, I am pretty certain he is ok, but just want to check. I thought he was an engineering major, but from what I just found in some old threads he was in finance.

collegemedia.com is maintaining a list of the deceased names: http://www.collegemedia.com/stories/417-300am-none.html

It's up to 25 so far.

Damn, so young, so much hope.:(
Is there any way to send contributions to the victims families?

I can't vouch for it personally, just did a quick Google search. EDIT: More information on donating here.
