Yes it was funny for a split second, but I was disturbed by the cop's mindset and the accepted culture of American police. The soldier's succumbing fed the stupid pig's ego ten fold. And for him to also throw the title 'Imma Marines too bro" was equally cringe worthy. It's like two monkeys in a pissing contest.

I'm sure what the cop did goes everything against what US Marines stand for.

I was awakened when my German exchange friend said to me, "Why is everyone in US scared of their cops? Cops aren't like that in Germany. They truly want to help you."

This pig rolled up like he's some next door punk doing this poser a favor, not a cop.

I think a lot of it has to do with the mentality and false sense of entitlement of this generation's military personnel (some, not all).

This cop needs his ass fired he's the type of cop that will give the others a bad name because he most certainly did abuse his power. Sure the soldier was being a little smart ass (his is the victim and frustrated, even a dumbass cop like this should understand that).

The victim didn't make any threatening moves simply squared up AFTER the cop for no reason got in his face. You're a cop you'e not supposed to be the damn instigator and in this case was exactly that.

Ok well maybe not fired, but his ass most certainly needs some more training.

Like I said I'm all for showing cops respect, but that doesn't mean turning a blind eye to stupid shit like this cop. Cops like soldiers are held to a higher standard. That means having some damn discipline which both of these fools are seriously lacking.
