So we're not making solar in the US because Trump made sure investments were not made in solar manufacturing and the republicans have blocked other policies designed to encourage that manufacturing.

He's a classical politician, we've been a little broken to them because we went from Obama to Trump to Biden, none of which acted like a classical politician. This little stain would have fit perfectly well at any point in the previous 50 years though.
