Good friend of mine was diagnosed with BPPV

From what we have been able to read it is fairly common and non-life threatening.

His symptoms have decreased but they are still there. We were wondering if anyone here has any experience or knowledge of this and can offer any suggestions.

thanks

Only thing that works. Gotta do it many times a day until you can move those particles out from the semicircular canals into the utricle. Of course, you have to know which ear is causing the problem. Usually, there will be nystagmus (twitching of the eye) when the person looks in the direction of the affected ear.
