I just barely put a Venice into my work computer which has that mobo. I can't seem to get dual channel memory to run on it. I keep getting an "Early Chipset Initialization" error from the D-Bracket LEDs. I've tried it in channels 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 with no luck. It's priming right now with one stick so they will work together I think MSI just needs a new bios for this board.

ye, most boards will need a new bios version to work with the new Core. Remember when the Winchester came out and everybody was asking which version of a board to buy. Brands like Abit were sending bios chips to customers who had bought older board versions, that was a good service and for free.
