I wanna try it now too. Melatonin is not working so great for me lately.

Hey Lucky, how is the not smoking going? I wanna quit too and gonna shoot for August 3 as my quit date.

Valerian is the stinkiest stuff on planet earth. Take the smelliest locker room you've ever been in, combine with reeking rotten sneakers that havn't been washed in 10 years, 1000 pairs of old sweaty stinking socks, and multiply that by a factor of 100 and you might come close to 1/4th of the smell emanating from a bottle of Valerian Root. I spent more than a week turning the house upside down trying to find what had died/soured/rotted before I finally determined that it was a bottle of Valerian sitting in a closed cabinet with the lid not completely tight on it. The stuff definitely works, but if you're going to use it store it outside somewhere, preferably at least 20 feet away from a door or open window.

quitting smoking is going great ! I suspect that I am lucky in this regard though, its been suprisingly easy save for a craving here or there. Only one breakdown-and that was at a tittie bar. I threw the cigarettes away after leaving so I dont feel so bad. :p

I almost puke every time I smell it. BTW melatonin works better Lucky and it doesn't smell bad, tastes like candy.

Melatonin just increases the amount of "sleepy-time" chemicals in your body so it's good even if you're not sleepy -- e.g. if you are on a long plane trip and don't want jet lag. It works failry well to give you that added push to fall asleep but IMO Valerian root is more powerful.

I just took some of this stuff last night to see it it would keep me from waking up at 3-3:30 like I usually do. Sure enough I woke up at 5:30 and I had the most vivid dreams ever!! Cool stuff!!
