I bought a bottle of this stuff a couple weeks ago on the advice of a member here and I must say this drug is astoundingly powerful! If I take 1600-2000 mg before going to bed I ALWAYS:

1. Sleep well through the night
2. Wake up refreshed
3. Have intense dreams-AND recall them in great detail


Anyone else trying this on a daily basis? I love this stuff, the dreams are fantastic! :D

its called "Valerian Root", I bought 100 capsules at walmart under the "spring valley" brand for a about five bucks.

Believe it or not, this is natural, from a plant! :Q //*note: sarcasm

Not something the big drug comapnies are pushing. :p

I know in Russia it's used quite a lot as a calming sedative drug. It does have some of the effects as you described.

Isn't it weird that some of this stuff that's been around for 1000 years works better than prescription drugs? The drug companies do not like herbs, that's for sure. I take Valerian root occasionally, it works great. If you like the colorful dream effects try Kava Kava root. Very similar but I feel it works better. Smells just as bad though!

There were some djs on a radio station here in Vegas who were eating that stuff (raw) and gave some to some chicks who went down there to the station... they were all acting and talking so incredibly stupid, it wasn't even entertaining. But the chicks got naked, which isn't that uncommon for Vegas, and the GM of the radio station actually called the djs and was p!ssed off. Anyway, woo party party party.
