If your description is correct, the refs made the right call. In college, the receiver has to have at least one foot down in bounds no matter what.

Correct. This isnt the NFL.

That's the trade off for just getting one foot in bounds.

Turnovers + the fact that Oregon State has really started to execute on both sides of the ball really well lately = reason why OSU is ahead. Make sure to credit them and not just say USC sucks.

Correct. This isnt the NFL.
