USB Thumb Drive encryption

I've been thinking about taking my personal data off my main system at home, and putting it on my thumb drive. If this gets lost though, anyone can see the info. I was wondering if anyone else is using some kind of encryption software on their thumb drive.

Something that doesn't take admin rights to install, so, the files are accessable from other computers.

I think you may be missing the point of that software. From what I read, it looks like the USB drive is just for the key and it encrypts a computer. You wouldn't want to remember a 256-bit key.

I use something similar to store and encrypt my passwords and other sensitive info. It's called Pass2Go, it's the portable version of Roboform that can be run from a USB stick. Also uses AES encryption and it works great.
