Of that 28, an indeterminate number of those 'White Tails' were retrofitted &
sold to other buyers, depleting that number to someting under 20 in storage.

Your both the same people. Stop hating on the other one or accusing them of doing wrong. This is why there is no peace between the two nations because the two sides love to fight.

I do not get why India hates Pakistan so much and why Pakistan hates India so much. If one does someone good then good for all of you. Same people, same language, same blood. The only difference is religion.

Why can't you all just be happy for the other? What good is this hating crap going to do? You both have nuclear bombs. If war was to ever break out both nations would be destroyed in a matter of hours.

If you really wish to see your own people suffer because of their religion that is just sad, but I see it over and over again. Indians love to make fun of Pakistani people and Pakistani people love to make fun of Indians.

It's time to kiss and make love.

Here's the best documentation I can find
Pakistan F-16's that puts a total of 40 Aircraft in their inventory.

Phase 2 (Peace Gate II) total of 11 are impounded.

Aditional contract for 60 more adds 17 more of them to the impound & freezes (Stop Order) the balance of the purchase - 43 not built. Total of 28 are in impound.

New Zeland accepts the 28 planes that were 'White Tails', & compensates Pakistan.

The outstanding balance of undelivered aircraft is 43, some of which may have been built and stored.
Exact number is not being disclosed. Some that were in early stages of construction were reassigned to
be continued as delivery for alternate customers - they didn't just stop the flow, they redesignated the resources.

Most current Inventory - they show 32
which means that they have lost 8 of the original 40, 20% inventory loss.

The latest sales discusions only offer 24 units, well short of the previous contract.

It's not a religion issue. India has more Mulsims than Pakistan anyway. Its a problem of politicians. They create conflict and then try to solve the conflict or geta rise of the lemmings that listen to them to give them a false sense of power. Both sides need a complete flushing of their political players.

Its actually more of the fact that most Pakistan can't get along with any other religion. They have been an Islamic state for 56 years and a terrorist state for almost as long. They have perpetrated a genocide in Kashmir against Sikhs, Hindus and Buddhists. Heck, they can't even get along with themselves. There are currently two insurgencies raging in NWFP and Balochistan. Sindh has asked for its independence or secession to India more than once. Three out of the four provinces in Pakistan want seperate states. Sounds like eventual Balkanisation to me.

The real problem here is America. We have always had double standards. Pakistan is a bad country. I have seen their schoolbooks and their television and it promotes violence and hatred against all other religions. Jews and Hindus especially. The terrorists they support in Kashmir are also some of the most horrendous people I have ever read about. They gangrape women and then tie stones to their feet and throw them in a lake just because they won't wear shawls to cover their heads. If you think the Iraqi rebels are bad...

India is positioned to have a very reliable immobile air defense network by the time the Pakistanis would have the additional F-16's. I personally think the destabilization of China's buffer zone, created by China shuttling weaponry to the northern warlords in Pakistan, is worthy of giving Pakistan the help.

If Pakistan could truly afford to maintain a larger Air Force then they'd of bought French or Swedish one-seaters years ago. The truth is this force of F-16's could not fly without aid from Washington. And the endgame of this help is to reign in the northern region, a frontier in the war on Terrorism.

Karma, perhaps? This is funny as sh!t. The Pakistani Govt. and the Chinese Govt. are thick as thieves. Your conjecture seems entirely misplaced. Based on your statements, Pakistan needs US help in controlling the warlords in the northern provinces who are backed by the Chinese. And on the other hand, Pakistan is using Chinese military aid to bleed India over Kashmir. Doesn't make any sense. On the other hand, it is exactly the kind of stupid sh!t the Pakistanis would try to pull.

But yet spit in the face of the world's largest democracy (India) by selling weaponry to its greatest military threat, Pakistan.

Way to go, Chimp!

Way to support your country. I hate un-patriotic people like you. Why is it that you have an American flag icon? Wow, so many Americans hate the greatest country in the world.

hi
first of i am a indian..i came here a year back and was quite suprised to see a lot of things which are totally different from which is picturesed by media about USA.

first of all it talks about freedom..if u talk against the policies of president ur unpatriotic..come this is not pakistan or saudi arabia dude. being patriotic and questioning the president on his policies in a free country( at least it is said) i think it is ok.
i dont think a lot of people know about the ground relialities in pakistand. the country is such islamic funatic, it is unbelieveable for many of u here. being an ally of USA, it had never potrataited in that fashion. it breached the nuclear policies, it has terristist traning ground and mainly hatred aganist USA. there is no social system, no ground police and nothing.
the thing i m worried is when mr.mussraff would be killed( its very likely in near future) the person who takes over pak, if he is a islamic fanatic..it would be a huge problem from USA..
another ground reliality is that the hate pakistanis have indian's is shifting towards US and that would be very bad signal.
there is a huge area in pakistan which is not controlled by pakistani government but by war loads..they are the money generators for jihad...

again off the topic..i have 2 questions..

1) why cant such rich country like USA ( who can spend 200 biilions in iraq-- i m not pro or against war) cant give its citizens free primary health care...incompare to country like india which is poor in compariaion to usa can give..
2) also the same question which education..i was so suprised that students have to pay huge money to go to school and colleges..which is free in india..

i just didnt understood the polcies..

( i m sorry for the spellings mistakes...i m not much writer on computer..)

And this is exactly why we must keep the secular government propped up in Pakistan. In order to stabilize Pakistan the dark areas beyond authority must be given a spotlight. Propping up Pakistan's secular military regime is the only way to progress this agenda.
