There are more jobs than people, housing prices increased 5% last year and this year. Home purchases are up. Auto purchases are up. Constructions booming. Etc etc.

The more the democrats keep telling themselves that the quicker thier majority will ceases to exist. You already have high ranking dems trying to protect and save their moderates. How do you afford to move to a new location without a job already in hand? Sure you can move and hope you find a job, but you could end up in the same situation in the new location and you are now out the cost of relocation and away from most/all your contacts, friends, and family.
