You are going about this all wrong. You will never get the piss out since you can't remove the cushion. Your best option is going to be to seal the piss in. This can be accomplished by applying a couple of really thick coats of shellac or lacquer, or maybe even an epoxy or a combination of the three. It will seal the piss in, never to be smelled or worried about again. It will also give you the added benefit of keeping the inevitible future piss out too.

or, he can cut off the cushion and nail down a piece of wood to make a table. A light sanding with 110 grit and a couple clear coats.

Here is a for sure way to get the urine out....

The picture was after I put some chemical solution(living enzymes) on there. He said he would buy me a new one. I do like rage187s idea. Wouldn't be hard to make it a center table.

the added benefit is nobody is going to sleep on your couch with a table in the way.
 
Urine in the couch... that's nothing.

One time we played Drinking Axis and Allies (horrible idea btw), one of the friends got completely wasted. Well, we were all messed up... I had problems trying to figure out how stairs worked. I wake up to this amazing smell. Yep, the guy carpeted my hard wood floor. He shot particles across the room and into all kinds of spots. Do you have any idea how horrible the smell is on a heating element?! He puked while asleep. Did not even wake up from it.

I absolutely refused to clean it. Told the guy to go out and get all the chemicals and I would be back in the afternoon. It took me two more tries with baking soda and vinegar to get rid of the smell. I ended up coating my floor in baking soda and then cleaning that up a day later.

That guy still comes over but he is NOT allowed to drink in my house anymore.
 
Well, since it can't be removed you're going to need some kind of wet/dry vac to suck out the cleaning and rinsing water. Don't just keep applying cleaning solutions over piss and other solutions.
