Vinegar will work, raises the acidity to the point that bacteria cannot live.
You are going about this all wrong. You will never get the piss out since you can't remove the cushion. Your best option is going to be to seal the piss in. This can be accomplished by applying a couple of really thick coats of shellac or lacquer, or maybe even an epoxy or a combination of the three. It will seal the piss in, never to be smelled or worried about again. It will also give you the added benefit of keeping the inevitible future piss out too.

Had a cat pee on a couch before and no amount of cleaning will get it out of the foam.
The picture was after I put some chemical solution(living enzymes) on there. He said he would buy me a new one. I do like rage187s idea. Wouldn't be hard to make it a center table.
the added benefit is nobody is going to sleep on your couch with a table in the way.
