LOL!, maybe I should realize that the majority of their employees probably do a fine job, I hope they weed out the slackers for their own sake though..

lol I watched my UPS guy.He stopped went to get the package in the truck, jogged to my door dropped the box rang the door bell and ran back the the truck.

sometimes they dont even ring the door bell, but I never have any issues with them throwing it at my door.

you're making assumptions

our house is out of the way and the UPS guy has been here two days in a row

I have another package that should be here tomorrow as well

That might be correct -but- I sat in a sofa (I'm good at this) that faces the street and not a single UPS truck rolled buy all day. My street is one turn off a major (RT 400) artery and is easy to find. You would also think, with all the technology available today (GPS,ect.) that a UPS driver would have something to fall back on if he/she didn't know the area..

you stared out at the street all day? get the fuck outta here...

No, I watched a "47 TV from 12 to 6, the living room windows faces the street which is only 40 feet away. It's easy to watch a big screen for that long.

if you needed it by a certain date you should have shelled out for that service. If not you're at their mercy

That is true, a co-worker had 4 packages coming from UPS, he lives on the second floor of an apt. bld. Driver twice just drove buy while he was waiting and put "customer unavailable" and did not deliver. Guess he didn't want to deal with hauling 4 18lb packages up the steps despite the fact THAT'S WHAT HE'S PAID TO DO!..I should not that Fed-ex express has been perfect for me no problems ever..

Sounds to me like your a sniveling blathering......
UPS never knocks unless you have requesated a signature being required or the sender has requested a signature!
YES-- UPS just drops it off at the doortr and leaves...no knocking!
Remember you didn`t pay for the knocking!!

Yeah, next time a driver "opts" to skip your delivery for no reason you'll be a member of the "sniveling blathering" club too..

I get all my packages delivered (UPS) to an office that's usually closed on Friday. Our driver knows this, and usually doesn't come by on Fridays. Even when the door is unlocked, lights on, car outside, obviously open (I make a point to be there on Fridays if I'm expecting something), he doesn't even get out of the truck. Pisses me right the hell off. I'd chew him out for not even bothering to knock but everytime I do see him I'm usually so happy that I got something I forget how pissed I am...

Did you get the box yet? If so, was the address correct on the label? Similar thing happened to me and it turns out the address was printed incorrectly.

Yes, there was no problem with the shipping info, driver claimed "could not find address" but basically didn't feel like swinging by that part of town, probably had nothing else near my area so blew it off.
