I've been a Newegg customer for years too, but the last straw for me was UPS busting up my daughters Viewsonic 19 inch moniter I got her for x'mas... now I understand that Newegg isn't to blame for this & shipping damage happens somtimes, but its already been 11 days since I made them aware of the situation & I still don't even have an RMA # or call-tag to get the broken unit picked up. This is 100% Newegg's fault & combined with their recent higher prices & default UPS shipment I'll be doing the majority of my shopping with other vendors from now on, starting with my retail Opteron 170 ordered yesterday from Zipzoomfly for $400 with fedex overnight for $24 addl (2ed day would have been free)... Newegg wanted $465 for JUST the CPU!!!
