Is that the color of your car? If so, I think the smoked lenses for sure. They look great on darker cars. On lighter cars, hard to say. Definitely not #3 though.
 
Yes my car is black, yea I think #3 is out of the picture. The white contrasts the black nicely, whereas the smoked ones blend in a little more.
 
Are the lenses smoked or is it just "smoked" on the internal parts that aren't reflectors

If its the lense that is smoked you are going to lose output which is contrary to your whole goal
