Since in my situation the variations till nex gen is very obscure, i choose to get the 390.

Here things are not so easy to say save 'X' during that time, because i do not earn in dollar or good currency, but devaluated one, which can devaluate more till next gen. I already was putting that in the calculations when i say probably i only will be allowed to take a $200-250 card in the next gen.

Calculating all risks and add the chance than budget cards will not get many improvement, than the best is to stay to 390 now.

And the card is not only $250 since here things are more expensive, and the 390 discount get a price about 10% above from what 380 4gb average prices here, so i take it.

Congrats. The 390 is a great card. I think for $200-250 it is a great price. Should do great with high settings @ 1080p & 1440p. DX12 will make it even better.

You wont regret it, I have the Saphire 290 OC and it's been a great card so far.
