Updating bios ?

Thanks for the help on this. It's appreciated. In the bios, it says that usb3 is enabled. I'm trying the links above as well, but the first one for diagnose, just seems to keep in the diagnosing mode? Also, in the usb tree viewer programme, it says high speed for all the usb ports.
