I was actually at dcra.dc.gov today.. but the form i found on that page was only for fraud with companies.. not for private parties..

so why do you say that dc is the worst when it comes to situations like this? are you speaking through personal experience?

I didn't say they were the worst in situations like yours but that in general they have a reputation of incompetence. That comes from a lifetime of experience of living and working in the DC area. Dealing with the DC government is like rolling dice, sometimes you will encounter conscientious helpful employees and other times you will be lucky if you get through to a live human being or get one that actually cares about doing their job.

Does someone in this forum work for the Social Security Administration - or, possibly the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles. In Virginia, driver's licenses had been issued with social security numbers on them. Recently, though, we now have the option to have a random number placed on our driver's licenses.

Actually I have. I tried calling the archstone community. Inquired about Harold Perkins and Max Salas (a name that might be involved) but those names are not listed as residents. Most likely this is not his residents address like he said it was. Also from what I found out.. 1610 Riggs PL. is a residents address, not a business.

Ive tried calling the Washington DC Latino Chamber of Commerce.. number is no longer in service.
I pm'd corn asking for area code to the residents address since it wasnt listed.
