Again, you bever go into a craigslist sale unarmed. A gun in his face always says , " i mean business"

But in chinese-english, he may take it literally that you are yourself mean business
 
The only thing about selling things to Chinese people, is that you want to sell something else 30 minutes later.

That happened to me via text message last week. All of a sudden I'm getting bombarded with texts from four different numbers all offering the same lowball amount. When I hold firm on my counter offer, all of them stopped, even the ones I hadn't responded to.
