I've have 2 sticks of Kingston 256MB Value DDR RAM (Winbond chips) in my new PC since November and have not had any problems. I see that the price of their SODIMM is $36 with free shipping and I need another stick of 256MB so thanks for the deal.

I did the same. No tax and free 2 day shipping. Hopefully it will get here by Friday. $72 total - Can't beat it. I was waiting for it to rop to $35 each chip but couldn't wait - LOL
