Fausto and Mwilding finally showed up, so I guess the Yeti finally gets his sought after sympathy from the two other cycling enthusiasts on the board.

I mean, you went so far out of your way as to quote stuff not directed at you just so you could be a dick.

Who really makes you late, the bikes or the other cars?

I don't give a sh!t if you're late for work. That's your fvcking problem not mine. Fact is, I have every right to ride on the same road as you do. Don't like it? Too bad.

Besides, I can't remember the last time I held anyone in a car up. We have dedicated bike lanes on most roads around here though. Still, there is no shortage of ignorant fvckwads in cars/trucks/SUVs clogging up the roads around there.

I, along with others, no doubt, feel dissed for not being recognized as cycling a enthusiast. Just b/c we don't post pics of us looking manly in spandex like that attention wh0re Fausto doesn't mean we don't ride thousands of miles a year too. :D ;)

If I have to breathe the crap your car spews, you guys can take 4 seconds to maneuver around me, no?

No. Starbucks is an evil multinational corporation. For true cred, you need to patronize local independent coffee shops. If I saw you riding with a Starbucks coffee I would sneer at you. ;)

Of course they are.

roll.

9 out of 10 folks think starbucks is great but you think its evil because its cool to buck the establishment

Keep trying to be different just like everyone else.

Don't forget double-parkers in bike lanes. NYC bikes lanes are often a joke because of them. Ironically, it's double-parked cars that often put is in the middle of a lane. Heh.

whoever is holding up traffic. slow drivers are just as bad, imo. but its a 5:1 ratio of cyclist that wont get over for 10secs to relieve the build up of cars behind them. last week i was late 2 times because the same guy wouldnt even move over to the edge of the road and let cars pass.

actual driving time to work is 10mins. i give myself 25 to account for traffic, and usually im 5-10 mins early.

I always love it when I hear a car coming (you know, that engine noise thing they have...) and they give the polite courtesy honk with their air horn to let me know they are passing me.
