How does the acct linkage work?

I've heard some mention of making more than one Live.com acct, but does that mean you would need more than one ebay or paypal acct?

If you have more than one paypal acct does it matter which one you check out with?
 
A new headphone amp on the way (Shanling PH100) and I'm seriously considering some AKG K701's as well.

Damn them for bringing it back, I haven't even got the cash yet from the first time around (Q9450).

I'm afraid I'm still confused about all this 🙁 What does this have to do with eBay?

When I go to the lLive cashback search, I don't see anything about eBay.

Let's say I want an Xbox 360 Elite - are those discounts listed there all that's available (the first two of which seem refurbished), thus nothing close to 30% for this particular product? And what is the relation to eBay and their buy it now?

There are 15 previous pages of answers...

Do a search for "wii" in MS Live and you'll see a listing with "30% Off". Click it which brings you to ebay. Now ebay will say near the top of the page "Get 30% Off", now you are in and on the clock. "Buy It Now" on any product in ebay in the next hour and it will calculate your 30% off...you'll see it when you're checking out.

According to my cashback acct, I'm 3-4 days away from being able to redeem the cash from my first two orders (Foot Locker and Newegg).

My order from yesterday is my first Ebay & MS Live purchase.
 
Just got my email from live saying the 30% was credited to my live account, so i wait 60days for that, and i have 17 days left on my previous lenovo purchase!
 
Picked up a PNY GTX 260 for $168 after cashback...woohoo!!!

Now, I've been considering a 360 or a PS3...hmmm...

Does anyone know if this live cashback thing works on items where it has "buy it now" or "make best offer"? Or is it just strictly buy it now?

it probably works with any auction no matter what options it has as long as you buy it with the buy-it-now button.

to make sure you can click buy-it-now and when you goto the next page you should see a little box that tells you how much cashback you'll be getting - this is on the confirmation page before you actually buy it.

not to hijack this thread or anything, but does anyone know when a "new" version of the ps3 is coming out?

what i mean is orig ps has psOne and then ps2 became ps2 slim, i know ps3 has like a eleventy billion versions of it, but will their be a new gen of ps3 or are the changes between the 60, 80GB, etc. the only things that'll change? (i know firmware gets updated too)
 
Just as a FYI, I just got $150 into my Paypal account from the set of golf irons I bought about 2 months ago, so no worries about that. All though now I'm stuck trying to find something to buy to get the 30% off. Anyone recommend a good wide angle zoom lens for my mom's 5D?
 
I realized I want a 16+ port gigabit switch, and a lens for my camera to take some closer shots (I don't know if it qualifies as a macro, just I want something that can focus closer than almost 2 feet away). But the issue of course is the $$$$ to do that with in the first place heh.
