Good luck, Lucky, since it doesn't seem that your nick is holding true in this case.

No sh!t.

That's absolutely rediculous. I say you keep pestering the police until they do something.

Drive to Wisconsin... stake the place out, if UPS stops by, and someone comes out to claim the package, go confront them... lol

Do you have any idea how the person gained access to your paypal account?

You might consider hiring a private eye to stake out the house, and have them take photos when the merchandise arrives.

I lost track of the original thread before I can post my thought. What I was wondering is wouldn't it be possible for those sellers to stop the delivery of their package? I'm would think you can do that in Fedex and UPS, the USPS might be another matter, but you might file a complaint to stop it being delivered (?)

Your experience is just another sad example on how the police are unwilling to help you prevent anything, until the damage has been done. Unfortunately, as long as they can get away with it, nothing will change :(

Accually, the police have their hands tied for the most part. The DA wants enough evidence for a conviction, not an arrest. Go pester the DA if you want something done like that.

Just wondering, but when the sellers that refunded your money gave it back to you, did PayPal reverse the fees involved or did you both still have to pay them?

1 question:
1 suggestion:

- How much did you get back so far? (In X out of Y dolars)

- Also, there are alot of people on this board with baseball bats. Where did the stuff ship too? Get the address. 1 bone = $1000. Soujnds about right.
