You must have mistaken me for someone who gives a sh_t what you think or want.

The fact that you are even wasting energy replying to me or continuously attempting to goad me shows how bothered you are.

Are you seriously this bothered that I talked shit to Seahawks fans the day after my team won the super bowl? WTF? You are an absolute loser and am embarrassed you consider yourself a Pats fan. Our fans aren't as dipshited or as weak as you are. Geez, grow a pair.

Yet you've been sodomized numerous times in this thread, grow a fucking brain band-wagon butthole.

Again, saying something doesn't make it true. Who has sodomized me in this thread? Or do you think because it's me against 5 people that's me being sodomized. You were probably referring to those overly juvenile taunts like "grow a fucking brain band-wagon butthole."

Wow, your an asshole, plain and simple.

During the State of the Union when Obama said, "I won both of them", I'm sure the Republicans thought he was an asshole. Do you think Obama cared? Lol.. Imma pretend you're smart enough to know where I'm going with this..

People who feel the need to brag about "their team" amuse me. Unless you own it or contribute to it, it isn't "your team", it's a team you just follow.

If it were me I would have play-faked to BM which is going to draw the entire NE defense to the center of the field, then have Wilson with the keeper on a naked bootleg, I can't see how that would have failed.

I thought they were going to do something similar, or they do the slant or fade to the outside and Wilson rolls out and makes the db choose the WR or him. They've done variations of that so much this year, but I don't think they've ever done a slant like that. Even just a 1 step drop and lateral throw probably would have worked. Even with all that, the play they called still should have worked, or at least not hurt them! Thats what makes the loss so hard to take.

Apparently they do run that inside slant because Butler recognized the formation, it was a standard pick-play, all teams have a variation of it in their playbook but ITWM no way I risk that type of route as it can be recognized and undercut. With so much running ability on that team I wouldn't try ANY type of pass.

Assuming that most people that say "my team" actually owns the team. Why don't you take it to mean "the team that I follow". But that would be easier than finding something to troll about innit?

That is like saying water is wet. Every play can be diagnosed and most pass plays can be undercut. Not many defenders can do both, that's why some pass plays are successful.

This was a very good defensive play and a poor pass call and throw for a QB who isn't known for his accuracy in the pocket. If you watch that pass he led the receiver too much in a compacted end zone. It should have been an outside pass, less room for an Interception with poor accuracy.

I changed my mind. I initially thought it was simply exceptional defensive play (it was still a great defensive play). But it was also a terrible pass. I watched it a couple times last night and paused it when the ball was thrown. Wilson should have seen Malcolm Butler and he shouldn't have thrown it to that spot. He threw it as much to Malcolm Butler as he did Lockett.

I'm curious why he isn't getting far more blame for the execution of that pass.

Yeah, I bet anyone who read my posts would concur that I sound like I have a cursory understanding of the game. I hope typing that was cathartic for you. Because it was clearly irrational. I always wonder why people in their attempt to put someone down, say things they know to be patently untrue. There are so many other avenues to diss me, find one that at least leaves you credible.

That's a kin to "I know you are but what am I". This with you is getting tedious. If you had some witty things or even intelligent things to say I'd understand. But, everything you say is like a digital recreation of a 4th grade fight. Grow Up.

OH, the ironing! :p

Who has sodomized me in this thread?

Ahhhh, I believe I've spotted your principal problem: Insensitivity.

In this thread, you've been the, ummmm, butt of repeated, balls deep, backdoor completions of the Socratic dialog variety, yet you don't seem to have even noticed.

You insensitive clod, you! Why can't you emulate the shining example of the typical Seattle male? :colbert:

Joke, emperus! I'm joking! It's just a damn joke. This whole thread has become one big joke. I only hope, for your sake, that you're in on the joke.

Because, otherwise, you're just the butt of the joke, and, boy, are you going to be . . . sore. :awe:

Is that what you consider sadomised. Juvenile jokes about Rape and sex? Am I supposed to go home and cry or Care? Geez. I guess some people easily see their lack of self worth in other people.

If someone has some facts or can take apart an argument I've made then fine. Show it to me and you can call me "sodomized" or whatever term you find near and dear to your heart.

Else you can miss me with all the attempted bullying, bullshit juvenile amateur hour jokes and attempts at personality analysis.

I'm fully comfortable with who I am.

So, did emperus even post in any of the NFL threads prior to his "omg Patriots won! I am so validated in my idiocy!" crap we've been getting as of late?

Did he change his name and switch from RG3 to Tom Brady?

Wow. I give you a chance to join in the joke, and you whiff, big time. I guess I gave you too much credit for seeing this situation, and your part in it, as it has devolved into some sort of "angry emperus vs. the world", for what it is now . . . no more than a running joke.

At times, with some of your answers referencing that you were just talking smack, I thought I detected more self-awareness on your part.

Hey, click the link in my post you quote just above and have yourself a laugh. You need it. Else, you're taking homer fanboism to toxic, VC&G, "The corruption at AnandTech runs deep" levels.

Seriously, lighten up, man. You'll live longer. :(

They've done that all year and no one has been able to really stop it. It's probably how Wilson gets three quarters of his rushing yards. Or he could lob it to a receiver if by some fluke someone is open.

Yeah, you know there is a feature where you can click on someone's name and see what posts they've made. I'm just saying.

Doing that you would probably see I called this before it happened.

But for all those fans who I think I am being insensitive to them (lol, I thought this was football). You should probably do what I did after my Ny friends called and texted me (a lot of women at that since for some reason I'm very popular with them) talking trash after we got beat in the Superbowl. I ignored them. That's what losers do. They act like it...

Jesus, with comments like this, you wonder why I think you have no clue about football.

It's like saying is, what I would do is hike the ball and throw the ball. I can't see how that would fail.

It would fail the same way that the inside slant failed. Belichick would have practiced that seeing they run it all the time.

Isn't it interesting the two things you mention is Wilson scramble or Lob. Yet, you don't think all Wilson primarily does is Scramble or LOB.

Mind Blown...

I haven't seen them connect on that inside slant. Its rare that they connect on anything quick, especially towards the middle where Wilson has to make a quick throw from the pocket. I assumed they go away from plays like that because of his height.
