when i was at the gym, my stomach was starting to show cubes (at least the top 2). now a layer of fat is beginning to form, again.
damn...forgot about the metabolism thing. 

  it's too cold to do anything outside now. hm..at work, i think i'll run up the stairs at full speed till i'm exhausted when i get in the morning, and return from lunch (2min, 2x/day) till it gets warmer outside
i've haven't eaten breakfast for 15 years. my body has adjusted already for that. if i eat breakfast now, i'm thinking it would be bad in this case.
