I'm not familiar with the P5W DH settings, but on this platform (975/965) o/c in addition to a mild VCore increase you normally need to increase on the NB voltage: it is something like Vmch and/or FSBvoltage. Just increase a notch (+0.10V), it should suffice.

Also, if you are trying high VDim settings (2.1V), try lower also (1.95V). My OCZ Plat does not run above 1.95V and yet it does all the way to FSB 450 just using the very same 1.95V

O/C is sometimes "fuzzy science", you just can't follow a recipe. You have to read a lot and try different things.
