That's true...if you fail to notice that most situations are described by males, on this forum.

Perception is not reality.

Note that I carefully did not touch upon whether it was justified or not, just that you are a man hater and that in your eyes it is pretty much always the man's fault.

I like how you said "men" instead of "people." Pretty much proves everything everyone keeps saying about you.

Her ass is just chapped over having it handed to her in the last few pages over here so it looks like I got me a stalker! Now where do I go to trade it in for a more compact model?

Yes, putting someone on ignore is really handing them their ass. 🙄

Ok a few things that I want to know the answers to/noticed.

1. First off I know it wouldn't make what he did acceptable but why don't we see the previous couple of minutes to prove if he paid already or not. IF it was an honest mistake then show it was an honest mistake.
Completely irrelevant, doesn't matter in the slightest.
2. Describing the woman as "badly burned" just seems like lawyer speak to me, she would have been screaming like a stuck pig if she was even moderatly burned all I heard was a bit of a gasp.
Are you a doctor now? Did you examine her? Oh, right, I forgot, you are just talking straight out of your A.
3. Sorry but the people saying why didn't someone stop him or follow him to his car etc need to take a reality check, this POS just attempted to scald a womans face, if you want to get shot/stabbed by following him that is your business but I wouldn't be joining you. If I could get a look at his number plate without arousing suspision that would be another matter (i.e out the window)
This is the reason people think they can get away with stuff like this in the first place. In your defense, I guess cowardly middle aged men can be really scary.
4. This guy wasn't there on holiday, he either lives or works in the area. How hard can it be to identify him?
Thanks again detective. Maybe you should call the tip line and we can get this solved in the next five minutes or so.

True but she was put on ignore after everything had been put on the table and she refused to own up to lying. When someone is so delicate that they can't answer a simple yes or no question about their actions I consider an official exchange of said person's ass to have occurred. Apparently this is commonplace for her so I put her on ignore.

And yet I have never had any issues with her. Makes me wonder how many people's problems with her are self created.

you're on to something..

also, re: black people being black.

Unacceptably racist statement. Please don't so post here again.

Did I say it was relevant? I was curious sorry if that offends you.

If you think I need to go to medical school to know that someone would scream when "scalding coffee" is thrown over their face and they are "badly burned" then you are dumber than your failed troll post makes you sound.

I guess you would have knocked him clean out with your super fighting skills you learned while sat behind a keyboard failing miserably at being a smartass. By the way yes this is the reason people think they can get away with stuff like this, when you start trying to tackle the guy like that (which I seriously think you wouldn't) and he pulls out a gun and shoots you maybe you will realise this.

My original point stands, common sense says this guy is known in the area, your repeated fails at trolling don't change this one iota.

Feel free to go back to that thread and take up her mantle then. She asked me a simple question and I happily answered it. Twice. I then asked her one and she did everything she could to avoid it. Regardless anyone who has a general reputation in a community as being problematic isn't going to get the benefit of my doubt especially when my own experiences mirror that community's sentiment. Your own anecdotal exception notwithstanding. If she was such a peach she wouldn't have brought her drama to this thread too.

so when you open the video and it is a white person, do you post something along the lines of "oops, my ignorance and stereotyping was wrong" or do you just not post?

These kinds of videos? Never happens.

wow, let that racism out.

cause after all, us white folks would never do something so rude and dangerous.

I would be interested in seeing a thread here where the perp of such an act was not black.

It says nothing about blacks in general, just, as was pointed out, AT tends be filled with videos of blacks behaving badly.

Lol, repeated trolls? Maybe you need to learn how to count too? The rest is too ridiculous to even bother with, as it is clear you are a lost cause.

As I suspected, you had absolutely no idea what you were talking about: http://philadelphia.cbslocal.com/2012/05/11/police-man-throws-hot-coffee-on-donut-shop-employee/

Reading can be tough, so here's a recap:
1) He didn't pay, and that was confirmed by the police.
2) The victim had second degree burns.
3) The store owner tried to stop him and was not shot/stabbed/blown up with wmds.

Wow, what an asshole customer. I hope he gets caught, he deserves some jail time.

Wasn't there a case a few years back where something similar happened and the guy was charged with assault with a deadly weapon? Hot coffee can permanently scar someone and have a serious domino effect for the rest of their life.

I hate to be the one to even mention this, but perhaps this is a direct factor of how many videos exist of whites behaving badly versus blacks?

Getting a license plate number for the cops isn't likely to get you stabbed. That one critical piece of information might have landed that asshat in jail already. Instead, he won't be arrested until he does it again, or something similar.

Why is it so hard to find a gold Cadillac in that city?

That would be racist, no?

MotionMan

....I don't see how. I don't view everyone around me as racist, certainly most people here seem upstanding and intelligent. This definitely isn't some sort of racist forum or whatever, which is what you're implying. Actually I very rarely see racism here (granted I'm not always looking for it as an excuse).

What's your explanation for there are so many videos of violent blacks versus violent whites?

Funny how the Philadelphia Police use youtube to catch criminals.

1. Man orders sandwich and coffee
2. Clerk said he didn't pay
3. Clerk seems to be giving the man his coffee anyway
4. Man throws coffee at clerk causing injury.

Regardless of how upset he was, this would be "Causing grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm ". Looks like it would be a Class D felony.

"The penalty applicable to a class "D" felony is imprisonment of no more than five years, and a fine of at least $500 but not more than $7,500.
