True but she was put on ignore after everything had been put on the table and she refused to own up to lying. When someone is so delicate that they can't answer a simple yes or no question about their actions I consider an official exchange of said person's ass to have occurred. Apparently this is commonplace for her so I put her on ignore.

And yet I have never had any issues with her. Makes me wonder how many people's problems with her are self created.

By the way yes this is the reason people think they can get away with stuff like this, when you start trying to tackle the guy like that (which I seriously think you wouldn't) and he pulls out a gun and shoots you maybe you will realise this.

My original point stands, common sense says this guy is known in the area, your repeated fails at trolling don't change this one iota.

Feel free to go back to that thread and take up her mantle then. She asked me a simple question and I happily answered it. Twice. I then asked her one and she did everything she could to avoid it. Regardless anyone who has a general reputation in a community as being problematic isn't going to get the benefit of my doubt especially when my own experiences mirror that community's sentiment. Your own anecdotal exception notwithstanding. If she was such a peach she wouldn't have brought her drama to this thread too.

I would be interested in seeing a thread here where the perp of such an act was not black.

It says nothing about blacks in general, just, as was pointed out, AT tends be filled with videos of blacks behaving badly.

1) He didn't pay, and that was confirmed by the police.
2) The victim had second degree burns.

Wasn't there a case a few years back where something similar happened and the guy was charged with assault with a deadly weapon? Hot coffee can permanently scar someone and have a serious domino effect for the rest of their life.

....I don't see how. I don't view everyone around me as racist, certainly most people here seem upstanding and intelligent. This definitely isn't some sort of racist forum or whatever, which is what you're implying. Actually I very rarely see racism here (granted I'm not always looking for it as an excuse).



What's your explanation for there are so many videos of violent blacks versus violent whites?
 
Funny how the Philadelphia Police use youtube to catch criminals.

1. Man orders sandwich and coffee
2. Clerk said he didn't pay
3. Clerk seems to be giving the man his coffee anyway
4. Man throws coffee at clerk causing injury.

Regardless of how upset he was, this would be "Causing grievous bodily harm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm or wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm ". Looks like it would be a Class D felony.

"The penalty applicable to a class "D" felony is imprisonment of no more than five years, and a fine of at least $500 but not more than $7,500.
