No her having a pause does not bother me. She had no romantic feelings for the kid. then he kissed her and molested her. No surprise she was shocked and paused for a second. She then pushed him and had him leave. then he did not babysit and she did not text him.
 
I thought "do not want" when I first saw, then went "not bad".

I also thought it was another classic teacher doing highschool kid type story, but the facts sound like they're more complicated than that.
 
I'm inclined to believe the teacher. Making up a story that is allegedly corroborated by text messages does not make any sense whatsoever...all you would be doing is ruining your credibility.
 
I think this is the case of teenage boy infatuation and hormones gone very wrong. He may even have let himself believe she was in love with him and got totally lost in fantasy land.

The key is those text messages.

2218 text messages means something was most likely going on though.

Her defense ain't looking too good right now. She lost her husband, job and now likely to go to jail.

What a total FAIL her life has become.
 
Good, equality is bullshit anyway. A 15 year old boy knows exactly what he is doing and is not emotionally damaged by sex like a female is.
 
Acquitted or not, she's an idiot for letting a teenage boy get that close to her. Can she not find someone else to babysit? WTF did she think was going to happen?
 
How did she explain the text to the boy on xmas 2009 that said "Christmas came early babe 😉 ". That is awfully incriminating along with the 2200 texts in 11 months.

Probably something along the lines of "he was babysitting for me".
