I like your input. I don't know why I am mad....I guess my goal was to have 100 percent POSITIVE feedback and I ultimately failed at that. I guess you cannot please everyone.....
I am angry at the feedback he has left me though....
1) Faulty product - I say HELL no!!!
If it was faulty I would gladly take it back, and refund him. He insist on keeping the product. Who in their right mind would like to keep a faulty product.
2) Unstable upgrades - my @ss!
In the end, I can clearly see it was my fault for making the promise...one I should have never made. But I tried my best to correct it.....and I ended up failing. Oh well....live and learn
