Yeah, he's sh!tfaced... but at least he's responsible enough to stay at home and not drive drunk.

If you're a good brother you'll advise his friends to crash on the couch and not drive themselves home intoxicated.

Penalties aren't as bad as drunk driving, but they are still very bad for the people (and the parents I believe since they are minors) since they are underage.

Be the "cool, I can tell him anything, I want to hang out with him" brother and accept that it's what people that age do. Try to be the voice of reason without being an a$$hole.Give them the benefit of your older age but still let them experiment in their young age (they're either going to at home where it's safe or somewhere else where it's not safe and they have to drive home... pick one)
