I'm not sure what took them so long to realize this weakness in America's war effort (Afghanistan is landlocked and we are hostile to Iran). But I'm sure they'll exploit it now.

Peshawar is in Pakistan. It is not a US/NATO controlled city. :disgust:
 
Just looking briefly at the pictures, these were all much older trucks. They were probably hand me downs from the US army that were no longer serviceable for American troops.
