Even if zimmerman is initial aggressor, he can lawfully shoot in self defense when on back, after being beaten and unable to retreat.
That is the law, that is self defense laws, not SYG. One is not forced to sit there and be beaten to death without the ability to defend yourself.
WRONG!
Zimmerman was both legally and morally required and obligated to leave himself completely at Trayvon's mercy. Once he was on his back, straddled and beaten, it was incumbent upon him to permit Trayvon to act out any sort of violence, up to and including murder, that Trayvon felt was necessary to teach him a lesson.
You see, getting out of your car is tantamount to signing your own death warrant. The moment he got out of that car, his life was forfeit. He had caused Trayvon anxiety by keeping an eye on him, and from that moment on, Trayvon had full rights to do whatever he wished to George.
See once you've made a mistake like getting out of your car, or trying to keep an eye on someone... you should realize when that person is on top of you beating your head into the pavement, that you've brought this upon yourself. You should take whatever time they are kind enough to let you have before they kill you, to reflect on how poor of a decision it was to get out of your car, and to keep an eye on them. While in this reflective state, you should achieve a certain peace as the realization that everything which is being done to you is fully deserved and just, washes over you like a warm bath.
Also keep in mind, it is very empowering for black youth to beat the living shit out of non-blacks, particularly older ones. We have an epidemic in our society of racial profiling, and young black men are at the greatest risk of this. Society tells them they cannot achieve great things, but beating the shit out of someone gives them a great sense of self-worth and accomplishment. To fight back against such a beating, let alone to end it with deadly force... is deeply racist, and depraved. You have to look at the history of how blacks have been treated in this country to understand why the knockout king program is so crucial to empowerment and social justice.
Now, please don't ask me to cite any laws which back me up on this... I just know it's so. See, the Truth Fairy came to me in a vision last night as I slept, and she set me straight on all this. Come to think of it... her face was somewhat familiar.
