No immunity hearing. The judge looking at the evidence is convinced there is enough evidence to proceed to trial, therefore the immunity hearing is not happening.

Actually, as has been pointed out even if zimmerman was initial aggressor, and there is no evidence that says he was, he can still shoot in self defense when on back after being beaten with attacker still on top of him and unable to retreat.

Immunity hearing is part of self defense. SYG just adds to self defense laws that one does not have the duty to retreat. Even MoM said SYG doesn't apply here as it's simple self defense.
