[Torn Mind]

The more times I see the word ultraprocessed, the more I notice how the term masks and prevents lay people from actually having any sense of the mechanics and "how" the damage occurs.

This, imo, shows the inherent conflict of interest between wanting to find facts but still keeping the masters happy.
