They mentioned they had the 'new' BX board version along with the 400MHz CPU 'on set' and were going to install it later.

The copyright date of the game they had on there was 1998. Jeez, those were the days!

a 10,000 rpm cheatah SCSCI is still somewhat competetive by today's standards. I actually think the Quake 3 engine wouldn't look too out of place alongside other games today.

64MB is more than you're ever gonna need! But we're hogs, so we got 128...

haha yeeeeeah. 64 isn't that much; my p2-266 had 64mb.

1.33G was limited to boards with Tualatin VRM support. ;)

wow, 1998....I was using a 233mmx at that time , I thought it was pretty good, when I upgraded to a K6-2 400 later that year I was blown away by it...those where the days.
