a 10,000 rpm cheatah SCSCI is still somewhat competetive by today's standards. I actually think the Quake 3 engine wouldn't look too out of place alongside other games today.

1.33G was limited to boards with Tualatin VRM support. 😉
 
wow, 1998....I was using a 233mmx at that time , I thought it was pretty good, when I upgraded to a K6-2 400 later that year I was blown away by it...those where the days.
