Anyway, the update is a bit disappointing:

I got home and asked how the rest of the evening went. Basically after I hung up, the wench went on a tirade of how everyone think's she's super hot and some 50 year old guy wants her to go live in Florida with him, blah blah blah. It looks like she could care less about what I said. It fazed her about as much as every diet book she's ever read.

This woman is such an epic bitch that she was predicted by Nostradamus. I'm glad I only see her 3 times a year.

Yes he does. Here's the ugly situation:

-He got her knocked up at 18, then again at 19

-They lived lived in poverty for about 10 years after that

-They had a violent relationship the whole time- mostly her going after him, then threatening if he touched her her redneck brothers will mess him up (and they would- they have a pickup truck AND shotguns)

-They split up for 3 months, during which time he knocked up another girl

-They got back together and are raising the 3rd child (the mother ditched him)

-She goes out every weekend and gets trashed (she's now in her mid-30's). He can't care less, but he can't leave her until the kids are all 18 as she'll ream him with child support.

It's a Jerry Springer situation and my brother in law isn't a bad guy at all- he's just been beaten down his whole life and he's not smart enough to know how to handle it (and I don't mean "makes bad choices smart", I mean IQ of a stick of butter smart).

That's that. I'll be home in 90 minutes.

Even though what she did was illegal, we're not talking about a huge amount of money if his parents still claim him as a dependent on their taxes. If I remember right you can't claim yourself as a dependent on your taxes if your parents claim you which basically kills the size of your tax refund.
