I have some work to do. I think I'll be happy at around 12% - 15%, that should be doable if I'm in the gym 3-4 times a week, right? Probably only doing cardio 3 times a week at most, after lifting.
12 - 15% shouldn't be too hard. Anything below that would require serious dedication though.
Also, recheck your bodyfat for several days in a row and average your numbers. It can fluctuate 1 or 2% in a day. Check at the same time every day also, like first thing in the morning.
