I don't necessarily have bad acne, but there are a few spots on my face that constantly have a single zit on them.

Right below my mouth, next to my nose, and by my one ear - there's always a zit in those places, no matter what I do. I've tried all the Stridex products known to man, to no avail.

Anyone else have any tips? I'm trying to get this cleared up for Prom, because it will bug me if not.

Eat healthy...no oils, sugars, fats, or spicy foods. Also, drink lots of water and be sure to exercise a lot. All this will help clear your skin. I used to have a lot of acne, but now I rarely have any. It is due to diet and exercise. When I do eat badly and avoid exercise, I begin to break out again.

this. and also, wash your face before you go to sleep, and clean your pillow often. Use moisturizer so that your body doesn't try to over compensatee for the dryness by producing too much oil.

This. Back in high school I had a similar problem. Dermatologist gave me some perscription stuff that got rid of it in days.

Also, cut as much artificial sugar out of your diet as possible. I cut soda out of my diet in high school, zit formation decreased by 75%.

Do you shave everyday????

If so, dip the razor blade in boiling water on the stove for 30 seconds every night. Got rid of my acne REAL fast.

Take as much vitamin A as you can tolerate , in as high a dose as you can find , for two weeks , see if you see a difference .
