Henderson is d@mn impressive. Very strong, great defense, powerful, athletic, and very tactical. He was doing the splits at one point defending guida on the ground. I'm not sure he has the quickness to keep his face away of edgars fist tho (guida definitely doesn't), but he's an oversized 155 and is tough as nails on the ground.
