Honestly, I think this will make Ronda a better fighter. She can finally stop thinking she is facing a bunch of scrubs and step her game up where she isn't good at.
 
She was gassed pretty quick.
Does she not work on cardio.. granted that her fights normally don't go past round 1 but she just looked like she was out of it completely.
 
After she didn't touch gloves with Holly, I wanted Ronda to lose. You knew she was in trouble when Holly tagged her with punches any time she wanted (great technical / boxing skills). Ronda should've stayed patient and went for her classic takedown armbar finish but she fights wild and when you're in there with someone who can strike, that's what can happen.
 
Ronda landed shots twice that looked like they hurt Holm, but she recovered before Ronda could close the distance and get a hold of her.
 
I wonder if the UFC is now kicking itself for not giving Miesha Tate the title shot which she was arguably in line for. Would have been a nearly guaranteed win for Rousey, and they could have sailed on a little longer touting their invincible champion.

No, they are kicking themselves for dodging Cyborg. That would have been a BIG PPV.
 
Not sure what her strategy of chasing after Holm was supposed to do, especially after getting lit up 3 or 4 times doing that but whoever came up with that should be fired...

I'm surprised Rousey kept the same strat in round2.
would have figured that her corner would tell her to take holms down.

cant wait to hear what Rousey has to say about her lack of takedown attempts
 
I'm sure they'll setup a rematch asap so Rousey can get her title back. They need someone marketable, after all.
 
When fighters get knocked out the way Ronda did, they rarely ever get back to the level they were pre-knockout. Ronda will be gun-shy when she fights again, if she ever fights again. I will not be surprised if she hangs it up.
