Ronda should've stayed patient and went for her classic takedown armbar finish but she fights wild and when you're in there with someone who can strike, that's what can happen.

She said she wanted to take a step back until UFC 200, I wonder if that's still true after losing.

When fighters get knocked out the way Ronda did, they rarely ever get back to the level they were pre-knockout. Ronda will be gun-shy when she fights again, if she ever fights again. I will not be surprised if she hangs it up.
